Versatile billing
Accziom features a sophisticated, versatile, and easy-to-use billing system. Accziom will suggest one billing setup for all included services by default when you write a proposal. You can modify this to bill services individually, too.
Direct debit option
Your bill can be invoiced or paid automatically by direct debit or credit card. You can choose the payment terms and method for each proposal.
Automated invoicing
Accziom will create all invoices within your accounting system and email them directly to your client. Once an invoice is paid via direct debit, it is automatically marked as paid in your accounting system and Accziom. For manual invoice payments, once you mark an invoice as paid in your accounting system, it will also be marked as paid in Accziom.
Fee pass through
You can pass on credit card and direct debit fees to your clients. These will be listed as line items on the invoice.

Billing terms: Choose from single payment, deposit and final payment or instalments.
Bill items together or individually: You can single out specific services and bill them separately with their own billing terms.
Payment methods: Send a traditional invoice for processing or require direct payment via bank transfer or credit card.
Don’t bill!! You can choose to use Accziom for contracts only and turn off billing.
Show/hide contract value: You may not want to show the cost of individual service items.
Adjust price: Set a discount or markup. Discounts are shown to clients in the Contract Value section; markups are not.
Choose direct debit type: Ability to choose bank transfer, credit card payment, or both.
