We also support companies as trustees and partners. Each client can have multiple authorised contacts, and a contact can be linked to multiple client records. Our system is industry-leading in the flexibility of our client records and resulting contract structures.
Contact groups
Accziom supports Client Groups, which are used to group related entities. For example, a family may have a company, an investment trust, and several superannuation funds.
Groups allow you to write a single proposal addressed to one of the group entities and set group members as the service recipients. For example, the proposal and invoice may be sent to the company and include services for the company, the individual superannuation funds, and the investment trust.
