Yes, of course. If you cancel your subscription, your service will stop at the end of your monthly or yearly billing cycle. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted 90 days after your service is stopped. You can re-commence your subscription at any time.

All contracts are 100% customisable by setting up services, service bundles, billing terms, briefing questions and legal terms of service.
Accziom requires both parties to sign digitally. Once one party has signed, the contract is no longer editable, ensuring a permanent record of the agreement.
All data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) while in transit. Our App is securely hosted on AWS; all data is stored in Sydney, Australia. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
You will need an account with the Stripe payment gateway as part of your account setup. All direct debit and credit card payments from your clients to your account are processed directly via Stripe.
We currently support integration with Xero and Quickbooks for contact synchronisation and invoice sending, and we will also integrate with other systems in the future.
Absolutely! You can set up agreement templates and customise them for each proposal you send out. We also provide standard agreement templates you can customise to your needs.
Accziom can’t ensure legal compliance with your client contracts. This is outside of our capabilities and jurisdiction. However, you can soon mandate ID verification for new clients as part of their onboarding.
You will need to settle disputes with your clients directly. Accziom ensures that a digitally signed contract remains the same after signing. No alterations are possible.
