Non-editable contracts
Once both parties have digitally signed a proposal, it is no longer editable and becomes a lasting record within Accziom, ensuring full transparency and accountability for both parties.
Multi-signatories
While writing a proposal, all authorised contacts of a legal entity are available to choose as signatories. If a signatory is a company, for example, a company acting as trustee of a trust, the company’s authorised contacts are automatically fed through as signatories to choose from.
Accziom allows you to set “Must Sign” flags to help you remember who must sign.
