Collection of Information

In order to use the Accziom systems, you will need to enter your private information into our systems.
All correspondence that transpires between you and us will also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts; this including email correspondence.

How We Use Your Data

Once you’ve accessed the Accziom Platform and added personal and/or client data, that data is then used in any of the processes and functions that deliver the Accziom service including –

Sending and receiving client proposals

Receiving payments and making payments our Stripe Connection

Managing communication between service provider and client via sending proposal reminders and associated information.

We may also use your data to communicate with you, either to deliver marketing or support information or to alert you to enhancements to our services or if there are security issues you need to be made aware of.

If you are an accountant, we never communicate directly with your clients, though you may choose to use our email integration and chat communication technologies to communicate with your clients.

User Consent for AI Apps

With respect to Accziom and Accziom data usage, we do not share any user information to third-party tools( such as AI models)

How We Use Google APIs
Our Accziom App integrates with the Gmail API to enhance your productivity and streamline the process of sending business proposals directly to your clients. This feature is designed to save you time and improve your business communication efficiency.”

Data Access and Usage
When you authorize our application to access your Gmail account, we only use the API access to:

• Compose and send business proposals on your behalf.
• Read your email addresses to verify your account and ensure secure operation of our services.
• We do not access, read, or store your email messages or any other personal information from your Gmail account for any other purposes.”

Before our application accesses your Gmail account, you will be asked to provide explicit consent after being informed about the specific data we require access to and how it will be used. You can revoke this consent at any time through your Google account settings.”
Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect the data we handle through Google APIs. Our security practices are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information.”
The Accziom App use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”

Storage & Retention of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. All data entered into the Accziom Platform is encrypted at rest and in transit. Please read more about our security procedures here.

Your data is retained on the Accziom platform while we have an ongoing business relationship with you. Once you cease to have a relationship with us, we will delete your data on-demand. Otherwise, given the importance of business information we will maintain your data indefinitely.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and the transaction is completed via our third-party payment collections partner – Stripe.com. 

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on to the card processing company in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

In the case of a request for deletion, we retain only the Organization’s history of their payments and lodgment credits usage. None of their or their client’s identifiable data retained.

Rights to Collected Information

If you’ve joined our marketing email list and wish to unsubscribe, please use the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from our mailing database.

If you’ve used our services and wish to remove your personal data from the the Accziom Platform, please email support@accziom.com. You can request a copy of that information.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications

LodgeiT uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing list by selecting to unsubscribe.

You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party. LodgeiT does not share any information with third parties. Contact details are only shared during joint partner marketing campaigns with Intuit, if and only when we have your consent or if you are a mutual customer.

LodgeiT may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our websites including the Accziom website or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Legal

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
